is near zero, so we must be doing something
right! But from time to time, we understand
you may want to cancel your order or
return a product.

We accept returns
for all products after you receive
them in the rare case that you
find a manufacturing defect in
the product. However, you need
to contact us by phone or
within 7 days of receiving your
order to alert us of your intent
to return.
For Non-Customized
Products
For non-customized products like
officially licensed sports mats,
we accept returns. However, you
need to first contact us by phone
or
within 7 days of receiving your
order to alert us of your intent
to return.
For
Customized Products
For customized products, we cannot
accept returns unless there is
a manufacturing defect as noted
above. This is simply due to the
fact that we cannot resell your
product as it was custom-made
to your specifications.
After we receive your return,
we will refund the money (return
funds to your credit card) you
paid for the product less any
shipping costs incurred when we
originally sent the item. Please
allow up to 30 days for the refund
to be processed to your card. |
Order
Cancellations |
All products DandyMats
sell are made-to-order. Whether
it's a mat you've customized and
built yourself or a pre-designed
mat, we don't normally keep mats
in stock. Your mat will actually
be made when you order it. To
get them to you as swiftly as
possible, products go into production
as soon as we receive the order.
The cancellation policy is different
and depends on the type of product
you order.
For Non-Customized
Products
For non-customized products like
officially licensed sports mats,
we can only accept order cancellations
if the product has not yet been
shipped to you. If it has, you
can still return the product per
our return policy for this product
type above. Contact us by phone
or
to determine if your order has
shipped and if it can still in
fact be cancelled.
For Customized Products
For customized products, we can
only accept cancellations in rare
cases. This is simply because
your product is custom in nature
and goes into production as soon
as you place your order. We cannot
guarantee any cancellations for
this product type. However, you
may contact us after you place
your order should you wish to
cancel the order, and depending
on the order status, we may be
able to honor a cancellation.
