With questions about your order status, please and include your order number and name. We often must contact our production floor to request the status, and thus we usually cannot instantly provide status during a phone call to us. Email is the fastest way to check order status.

Most order status inquiries from customers are for orders - upon which logging in below - show "in production".

Most of our products are in fact "in production" for the majority of the order lifecycle. Only when production is complete do we receive shipping information. This is at the tail-end of the order lifecycle, and many times, your product is delivered just as it's being updated in our system.
